Q1. Can I order samples?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and inspect quality. Mixed
samples with different project numbers are acceptable.
Q2. How about the delivery time?
A: For ready-made products, provide stock samples immediately.
Remaking the sample takes 1-1.5 weeks. Batch production takes 4-6
weeks. For product design, 2-3 days are allocated for meeting and
proposal; 2 weeks for drawing approval and sample preparation; The
trial operation/mass production after sample approval takes 5-6
weeks.
Q3. Do you have a minimum order quantity limit for samples and
production orders?
A: The minimum order quantity is low. 3-5 samples can be provided
for inspection. The minimum order quantity for mass production is
usually 1K per batch. We support trial run/PP run orders with a
quantity lower than the minimum order quantity for MP.
Q4. How do you transport the goods and how long will it take to
arrive?
A: Ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It takes 5-7 days to arrive.
Air and sea freight are also optional.
Q5. How to order LCD display module?
A: First, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements or
our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the sample and pays a deposit for
the formal order.
Fourthly, we arrange production.
Q6. Can I print my logo on LCD products?
A: Yes, it is. Please inform us officially during the design phase
that we will produce samples with your logo for you to test and
approve. After the sample is approved, mass production will be
carried out according to the approved sample.
Q7: Do you provide guarantees for the product?
A: Yes, we offer a one-year warranty for our products.
Q8: How to handle faults?
A: Firstly, our products are produced under a strict quality
control system, with a defect rate of less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new LCD displays
and small batches of new orders. For defective bulk products, we
will repair and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
