1.3 inch IPS TFT LCD with Cover Glass Product Introduction
A cover plate is a transparent lens attached to the outside of an
electronic display screen, used to protect both touch and non touch
display screens. With the development of mobile Internet
technology, the number of entertainment systems and other devices
in the rapid growth period of consumer electronics products has
significantly increased, which effectively drives the market demand
for cover products to increase significantly.
With the diversification of screen forms, optical composite covers
have become an emerging solution for screen covers due to their
performance advantages. Optical composite cover plates have
excellent performance in terms of impact resistance, reflectivity,
and transmittance, and are widely welcomed by users.
SFTO130JY-7167AT is a full-color square TFT LCD display with a
diagonal size of 1.3 inches and a resolution of 240x240. This
module supports SPI interface, making it very convenient for users
to program and use. The module size of SFTO130JY-7167AT model is
26.16x29.22 mm, and the active area size is 23.4x23.4mm.
The IPS technology used in the product ensures that users can
experience the panoramic view of the screen and an excellent user
experience from any direction. The ST7789P3 controller is
integrated into the module, with a logic power supply voltage range
of 3.0V to 3.6V. It can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃
to+70 ℃, and its storage temperature range is -30 ℃ to+80 ℃. The
FPC of SFTO130JY-7167AT can be customized according to user
requirements and can be equipped with newly designed resistive
touch screen (RTP) or capacitive touch screen.

Reliability Test

placed in a normal indoor temperature and humidity environment for
2-4 hours or more before functional and visual inspection. The
