SFOM312YZ7-25664WBYG-01 is a monochrome 3.12 inch 256x64 Graphic
OLED display module. this OLED module has a 50,000 hours lifetime.
and it can be compatible with a wide variety of microcontrollers
including Raspberry Pi and ESP32.
Features
This 3.12-inch OLED displays a 256 x 64 pixel resolution.
This OLED 3.12-inch has an ultra-wide viewing angle – over 160
degrees.
This 3.12-inch SPI OLED display supports voltage 3V DC.
This 3.12-inch OLED screen is a low-power product, only 0.04W when
working normally, and only 0.08W when full screen.
This 3.12-inch OLED module displays graphic and text information
directly on the microcontroller project; It supports a wide range
of chips: compatible with Arduino Mega, Raspberry pi, 51 MCU, STIM
32, and more.
This 3.12-inch OLED display module is an embedded driver IC. Only 2
I/O ports are required to communicate with the 2C/IIC interface
This OLED 3.12-inch 256x64 product is compatible with MMDVM,
Pi-Star, and Raspberry Pi.
This 256x64 SPI OLED 3.12-inch product has a self-illuminating
design, no backlight is required, and the display is
self-illuminating; It has high contrast, bright and clear dots, and
is very readable even in very small fonts.
OLED screen 3.12-inch has no embedded fonts inside, and users can
create fonts through font generation software.

Pin Definition
Pin1 GND ( Power Ground )
Pin2 VCC ( Module power Voltage 3V - 5V)
Pin3 SCK ( Clock line )
Pin4 SDA ( Data line )
Pin5 RES ( This pin is reset signal input. When the pin is pulled
LOW, initialization of the chip is executed. Keep this pin pull
HIGH during normal operation.)
Pin6 DC (This pin is Data/Command control pin connecting to the
MCU. When the pin is pulled HIGH, the data at D[1:0] will be
interpreted as data. When the pin is pulled LOW, the data at D[1:0]
will be transferred to a command register. )
Pin7 CS (This pin is the chip select input connecting to the MCU.
The chip is enabled for MCU communication only when CS# is pulled
LOW (active LOW).
