    1.5" inch OLED, 128x128 OLED Display Description

    SAEF Technology SFOS150YZ-128128WB-01 is a 1.5 inch OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display with 128x128 dots resolution. This 1.5 oled module is built in controller SSD1327 oled IC; it supports 8-bit 6800 and 8080, 4-wire SPI and I2C interfaces. SAEF provides ZIF FPC and Hotbar versions for customers to choose the suitable module for your application.


    SFOS150YZ-128128WB-01 s a COG structure OLED display this OLED module is lightweight, low power and very thin, it is suitable for wall / meter devices, home applications, POS system, Cloud/IoT system, handheld instruments, intelligent technology devices, energy systems, automotive, communication systems, medical instrument, etc. The OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃.


    Pin Definition:


    Pin1, VSS, Ground.

    Pin2, VCC Power supply for analog circuit.

    Pin3, VCOMH Com Voltage Output. A capacitor should be connected between this pin and VSS.

    Pin4, GPIO General I/O port.

    Pin5, VCI Power supply for logic circuit.

    Pin6, VDD A capacitor should be connected between this pin and VSS.

    Pin7, BS1 MCU bus interface selection pins.

    Pin8, BS2 MCU bus interface selection pins.

    Pin9, VSS Ground.

    Pin10, IREF Reference current input pin. A resistor should be connected between this pin and VSS.

    Pin11, CS# Chip select input.

    Pin12, RES# Reset signal input. When it’s low, initialization of SSD1327 is executed.

    Pin13, D/C Data/ Command control. Pull high for write/read display data. Pull low for write command or read status.

    Pin14, WR# MCU interface input. Data write operation is initiated when it’s pull low.

    Pin15, RD# MCU interface input. Data read operation is initiated when it’s pull low.

    Pin16~23, D0~D7, Data bus(for parallel interface)

    Pin24, VCC Power supply for analog circuit.

Available graphic monochrome OLED resolution in 50x16 OLED graphic display, 64x128 OLED, 100x16 OLED, 100x32 graphic OLED, 200x16 graphic OLED, OLED 128x32, OLED display 128x64, OLED 128x128, and 256x64 OLED Display. The graphic OLED display in the SAEF product range have on-board controllers and interfaces include parallel, serial, and I2C OLED, SPI OLED. These OLED display modules have driven voltages of 3V, or 5V depending on resolution/color.
